Zaarathi, is founded by Er. Arun Joy and  Swapna George career professionals with over many years of experience .

After Graduating with BTech from NSS College of Engineering , Kerala, I have worked in all functional areas of the industry in India and Abroad.

I am currently the Chartered Engineer of my construction firm Alapatt Builders focuses on construction projects,valuation etc.

With experience in leadership positions and having led firm in India, I have the accumen to guide potential students and career seekers to best their potential support in their chosen career path.

Further it is also my desire to help youngsters from less privilaged backgrounds to improve their chance of staying with their studies and reduce dropouts during curriculam and aspirations, thus improving their chance of finding a mainstream job.

As an exponent of work-life-balance and optimum mental health it is my desire to navigate youngsters in their early stages of career.

Im a certified career counsellor with a deep understanding of Psychology, Career paths and student development, blends empathy with data-driven assessments to guide individuals toward meaningful and fulfilling career.
